Watching this woman working in a really high-paced workplace really cheers me out, understanding she is in a well-developed environment. Experiencing right on her first day. I am way more than just proud in terms of productivity and ideas.
I know it’s the same thing over and over again, being in the same job is way more than just boring, but I guarantee you that seeing someone enjoying their work for the first time is something that I say is Magical.
Every sight that I took from each angle I saw, no matter how far and close the sight is. It's just something well to be recognized. It’s like watching a baby taking its first step or a kid on the first day of school. Gosh, I can’t say how proud I am to see her brave enough to take something new and challenging.
I hope she could adapt really well to her new place, I hope she is developing internally and externally too.
I hope you know that you are one of the luckiest people on earth.

All the suffering you had to witness, and the part where you are now in this kind of workflow increases so many things within me. I’m happy to see you doing the best you could on many things, and I’m happy it's impacting me so much.

There will be storms raging in between us, fire roaring among us, even beasts appearing in times we don’t know.
I know we can’t promise anything for the future. I also know that there will be some rough times that we need to face together, and I can’t wait to go through all that with you.
As we all agreed before, it's going to be a crazy long way to reach where we need to reach, and I’m up to be there beside us for that long adventure ahead of us.
